Terms of Use for “The Forex Funder” (TFF) Affiliates Program
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Affiliate”) and The Forex Funder (“TFF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up for the TFF Affiliates Program and accessing the Affiliate dashboard at https://dashboard.theforexfunder.com, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
2. Registration
To register as an Affiliate, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Payment Email
- Website, YouTube Channel, or Social Media Page
- How Will You Promote Us?
- Desired Coupon Code
Failure to provide accurate information or updating such information will result in suspension or termination of your Affiliate account.
3. Forbidden Promotions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting TFF using the following methods:
a) Using Google Ads or any similar advertising platforms to promote your affiliated link.
b) Spamming or unsolicited mass emailing.
c) Using any form of misleading or false advertising.
d) Promoting on websites or platforms that contain or promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
e) Impersonating TFF or any of its employees or representatives.
f) Using bots, automated software, or any deceptive method to generate fake clicks or sales.
Violation of any of the above methods will lead to immediate termination of the Affiliate account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
4. Commission and Payment
Commissions will be paid based on the structure outlined by TFF. Payments will be made to the Payment Email provided during registration. Affiliates can choose to receive their payments via:
a) Cryptocurrency: Specifically USDT (Tether) on the ERC20 protocol.
b) Wire Transfer.
It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that the Payment Email is correct and active, as well as providing accurate cryptocurrency addresses or bank account details for wire transfers. TFF is not responsible for any lost payments due to incorrect or outdated payment information provided by the Affiliate.
4.1. Minimum Balance & Referral Validation
The minimum balance required for withdrawal is 100 USD. Referrals will be credited to the Affiliate’s account after a period of 14 days to ensure they register as a valid balance due to TFF’s refund policy.
4.2. Prohibition of Self-Referral
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own affiliate link for their own purchases or creating additional accounts to self-refer. This act is considered a breach of the agreement. Any commissions generated this way will be deemed invalid and will not be paid out. Further, engaging in such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, and any unpaid commissions, even those earned appropriately, may be forfeited.
5. Usage of Coupon Codes
Coupon codes provided to Affiliates should be used ethically. Affiliates are prohibited from:
a) Selling the coupon codes.
b) Misrepresenting the value or benefits of the coupon codes.
6. Termination
TFF reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account for violation of these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary by TFF, without prior notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer
TFF makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an Affiliate’s potential to earn income.
8. Limitation of Liability
TFF will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with the Affiliate Program or these Terms.
9. Indemnification
Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless TFF and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Modification
TFF may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include changes in the commission structure, payment procedures, and program rules.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFF is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Agreement
By registering for the TFF Affiliates Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
